Job Title: Digital Operations Supervisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Details

• Manage and direct operations team to achieve business targets.
• Support operational risk and audit process for the purpose of preventive maintenance.
• He or She manages calls, identifies customers needs, and sustains customer relationships.
• He or she takes record of our customers and actively engages them to ensure patronage which in turns amounts to profitability.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 -5 years experience.
• Preferably Female.
• Proximity to Island is key
