Job Description

• Supervise the organization administration and strategy
• Monitor company operation and ensure employees and business practices comply with regulatory and legal requirements
• Identify potential risks and opportunities within the organization and its environment to protect business interest
• Managing company assets and optimizing financial operations
• Reporting on revenue and expenditure
• collaborate with board of directors to identify,create and implement strategic plans to actualize business objectives
• Overseeing the day-to-day business activities

Requirements

• A BSc, MSc, HND or OND degree is required
• Must have knowledge of Banking, commercial and investment, wealth management, corporate finance and capital markets
• Minimum of 12 years working experience
• SEC license/certification
• Must have a good presentation skills
• Knowledge of MD Word, Excel and Power Point
