Centre for Research in Enterprise and Action in Management (CREM) – Our client in the Micro-finance sector is recruiting to fill the psition below:

Job Title: Area Manager

Location: Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• The ideal candidates can preferably possess an HND / B.Sc in any related discipline.
• Can be a Male or Female
• Can be between 30 – 45 years old at the time of application (There can be flexibility for a suitable candidate)
• Resident in or willing to relocate to Akwaibom
• Digitally savvy
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.

Experience:

• 5 – 7 years in microfinance banking operations.
• Experienced in managerial roles in the banking sector (Microfinance banks)
• Ability to manage nothing a minimum of 5 branches
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
• High drive and interest in taking on new tasks.
• Well-organized and result oriented.

Remuneration

• N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
