Nigerian Presidential Election 2023 Date
The Nigerian Presidential and National Assembly Election 2023 Date is Saturday 25th February 2023 also the Governorship and House of Assembly Election date is on Saturday 11th March 2023.
The use of BVAS in the #NigeriaDecides2023 election is aimed at improving the transparency of the voting process. It will be used to verify the identity of a voter through his/her biometric data, such as fingerprint or facial recognition.
For the 2023 Nigerian General Election, the Commission recruit 707, 384 Presiding Officers & Assistant Presiding Officers, about 17, 685 Supervisory Presiding Officers, 9,620 Collation/Returning Officers, as well as 530,538 PU Security Officials, making a total of 1,265,227.

Nigerian Presidential Election 2023 Voting Procedure
Listed below are guidelines for the 2023 Nigerian General Election voting guides.
- The Nigerian Presidential Election 2023 Voting Starts at 8: 30am
- Present your PVC for accreditation using BVAS
- Check and be sure that your name is on the Register of voters in that Polling Unit
- Get authentication with the BVAS through finger-print or facials
- Once accredited, you will be issued a ballot paper
- Go to the voting cubicle to make your choice in secret and drop the marked ballot paper in the ballot box
- You can leave or stay 300 meters away from the voting area to witness vote sorting and counting
