We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Outsourcing Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement outsourcing strategies in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Identify potential outsourcing opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with clients to ensure optimal terms and conditions.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of outsourced functions, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues promptly and fostering a collaborative partnership.
- Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Work closely with external stakeholders to understand their outsourcing needs and ensure effective communication.
- Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement in outsourcing operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in outsourcing and vendor management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- A Master’s Degree is a plus.
- 10 years of proven experience in outsourcing management and relationship management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
