Job Title: Relationship Officer / Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for generating core investment business
- Market the organization cash management products and services
- Responsible for building and establishing new clients.
- Responsible for creating and implementing plans to succeed within the department
- Risk Assets and Liability Mobilization
- Oversees and monitors all the activities of the treasury and lending department.
- Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to the growth of the department.
- Ensuring the efficiency of business operations and setting strategic goals to meet its financial goals.
- Prepare weekly reports for the management to ensure full compliance of policies and procedures.
Job Requirements

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of banking experience
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial services
