1.) Executive Driver

Location: Lagos

Salary: N100,000 to N110,000 / month.

Details / Requirements

  • Must be a holder of either HND, ND, GCE, or WAEC.
  • Must have been driving CEO for years.
  • Must be mature, responsible, and knowledgeable in driving a busy CEO/MD.
  • Must be married, hardworking, and with grade “A” knowledge of traffic regulations, roads within and outside the city, and interstates to a certain degree.
  • Well able to maintain vehicles.
  • Must have sound knowledge about airport parking, picking, and regulatory procedures.
  • Must keep to time, and neat looking.
  • Sleep, wake up and work (mini) accommodation will be provided, not full accommodation.

2.) Membership Services Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Officer to join our institute’s marketing team as a Membership Services Executive.
  • As a Membership Services Executive for Membership Acquisition, your primary responsibility will be to implement strategic marketing initiatives to attract and retain members for our institution.
  • Your creativity, analytical skills, and ability to connect with potential members will be vital in achieving our membership growth objectives.
  • To generate top-class individuals and corporate organizations for membership of the National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA) in accordance with laid-down policies and procedures

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to increase membership acquisition for the institution.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs, preferences, and motivations.
  • Create compelling marketing campaigns and promotional materials tailored to different target segments to attract potential members.
  • Utilize various marketing channels to reach and engage potential members, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Write persuasive content for marketing collateral, such as website, blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns, highlighting the benefits of membership and value proposition of the institution.
  • Regularly analyse marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track member acquisition progress, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including admissions, events, and communications, to align marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging across all touch points.
  • Organize and participate in webinars, and other activities to engage with potential members and promote the benefits of membership.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies to identify new opportunities and implement best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably with a focus on membership acquisition or student recruitment in an educational or professional institute.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and engage with potential members.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques to identify target audiences and assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt marketing strategies to effectively reach and attract potential members.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work within a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with prospective members and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and take initiative to drive membership growth.
  • Highly skillful in the use of computer and social media to drive the membership marketing of the Institute.
  • The applicant should be available to resume immediately if successful and should reside within Lagos Island, Victoria Island, Oniru Estate, Ikoyi, Ajah, Badore, Ado Road, Ogombo Town, Lekki Phase 1 & 2, and Abuja Environs.

Remuneration

  • The expected remuneration for this role is N120,000 monthly gross.

3.) Curriculum Development & Examination Assessment Officer (CDEAO)

Location: Lagos

Job Purpose

  • To be responsible for design, development, and production of professional curriculum and specialist examination assessments in the study of credit management leading to the attainment of chartered status assessment, examination, and award.
  • Reporting to, and deputizing for the Registrar/Chief Executive Officer, the post holder will be required to produce Programme Curriculum and Specialized Assessment necessary for the operationization of the newly developed institute’s examination assessment for parts one, two, and three.

Other Responsibilities

  • Support with production, course information gathering and maintenance of accurate and industry relevant credit management learning curriculum information and to provide academic staff and students information when required.
  • Support with producing course documents in a variety of formats such as module handbooks and pages on the virtual learning environment, working closely with academic and non-academic staff where appropriate.
  • Support with the maintenance of all relevant documentation and communications on the NICA student portal including regulatory, academic, and procedural information.
  • Work closely with the PSCFM’s Academic Administrator to create student communications that prepare students for exams and assessments and make them aware of all support available.
  • Enter and update electronic student, programs and assessment records using the student records system and placement management system.
  • Take responsibility for entering data into student systems in relation to attendance and examination assessment to ensure that student data is accurate and up to date.

Educational Requirements

  • M.Ed in Educational Management.
  • Applicants must reside within Ajah, Badore, Ado Road, Ogombo Town, Lekki, Lagos Island, and Victoria Island.
  • Must be willing to resume immediately.

4.) Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Lagos

Job Role

  • To professionally assist in developing and implementing many aspects of business generating engagements of the office of Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
  • Assist in executing business strategy plan of the CEO.
  • Run an executive errand for CEO on winning businesses and managing relationship with high profile clients –able to convert contact to cash.
  • And any other assignment(s).

Requirements
The person we are looking for:

  • Must be a holder of Master’s Degree in a related discipline.
  • Not less than five (5) years experience in a similar position
  • Must be a graduate of Office Technology and Management
  • Sex: Male
  • Must be between the age of 35 years and above
  • Must have worked in same capacity in the past with notable business organization with an excellent performance record.
  • Must be very skillful in the discharge of the executive function
  • Must be a very brilliant, intelligent, and “A grade” extrovert person…this is absolutely important.

Gross Monthly Remuneration
Remuneration grows in response to role delivery and performance.
